How to Cancel
Home visits is a GP service provided to patients who are deemed unsafe or too unwell to leave their home to attend their GP practice. We encourage patients to come in to see their GP as there are better facilities for record access, investigations and management.
Please call the surgery on 0208 208 4141 before 11am to book to request a home visit. Patients will be called back by a GP for more information and assess the urgency of the situation for a medical review.
Home visits are not for patients who do not have transport.
We understand that life sometimes gets in the way. We ask you to please let us know in advance either by cancelling your appointments online using Patient Access or call us on 0208 208 4141.
Did Not Attend (DNA) are patients who did not attend a booked appointment, and did not give prior notice to cancel or change the appointment. If patients DNA 3 consecutive times, then a 21 day waiting time will be placed before they can book another appointment. Please let us know at your earliest convenience if you cannot make it.
Patients can book appointments up to 4 weeks in advance using Patient Access. Patients are strongly advised to use Patient Access, available 24hrs a day.
If you are not registered with Patient Access, then please register using this link. You will be sent details of your registration within 24 hrs.
Alternatively, to register with patient access, you can pop in during working hours to get your unique access code from reception.
