Hi, I am Kinjal, a Registered Dietitian, who has been practising in various fields since more than 2 years. I have expertise in Diabetic Nutrition, Heart Health, Food intolerances and Weight Management. I love cooking, and that gives me an opportunity to never let my patients go out of healthy recipes. I help my patients to get back to their health using different lifestyle tools and spread the message to inspire people to feel their best through food in a sustainable way.


The best part is you can ask me as many questions until you’re satisfied and let me know what your barriers are and I have the track record of solving almost all of them.
