Covid-19 Self-Care

Whether you are self-quarantining or practicing social distancing, we all are adjusting to a new normal amid the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic. Everyone reacts differently to stressful situations.


While this is a stressful time, there are a few things we can do to tend to our physical and emotional needs: 

  • Eat well and get enough sleep

  • Exercise regularly

  • Stay connected with your friends and family

  • Practice calming activities
