How to Cancel 

 

We understand that life sometimes gets in the way. We ask you to please let us know in advance either by cancelling your appointments online using the NHS App or call us on 0208 208 4141.

Did Not Attend (DNA) are patients who did not attend a booked appointment, and did not give prior notice to cancel or change the appointment. If patients DNA 3 consecutive times, then a 21 day waiting time will be placed before they can book another appointment. Please let us know at your earliest convenience if you cannot make it.
